Make it your own!


The recipe in the back on the box is just the beginning we encourage you to make it your own. You may want to make it stronger by adding more tea or more spices, you might want it sweeter than suggested or you might want more milk to water ratio. However, you like it make it. Just remember making Chai is about balance if you add more tea than you might want to add more spices.  If you like more milk than you want to add more tea and spices to balance the flavors. You are a Chai making artist when you freehand it without any measuring utensils and it’s just the way you like it.



Vegan Chai 


Great for Original Masala, Cardamom Fennel, and Star Anise. 


Slightly different recipe but still super easy and delicious!! 


Follow cooking instructions on the box using below ingredient amounts. 


6 oz. Water (2 oz. will burn stove top). 4 oz. for Microwave recipe. 


1 Tsp. Tea, 1 Tsp. Sugar, 1/2 Tsp. Spice and 4 oz. Coconut Milk. 


Cook to preferred strength, strain and enjoy. 





My brother perfect 2 cup Chai Recipe

(can use Cardamom Fennel, Original Masala or Star Anise)



12 oz. Water

6 oz. Milk

3 tsp Tea

3 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Original masala



On medium heat bring to rolling boil water, tea, sugar and spice. Add warm milk to the pot.  Let cook for 2-3 mins or until Chai starts to rise. Strain and enjoy with your favorite partner.  



   Wellness Tea also known as Kavo

                                       (served in the streets of India on cold winter days and nights)                                                                     


18 oz. Water

1 tsp. Ginger Lemongrass spice

½ tsp. Original Masala

1 tsp. turmeric

1 teabag of Tulsi tea (optional)

1 tsp. Coconut oil or honey


Boil water, spice, turmeric and Tulsi Tea on medium heat for 10 – 15 mins or until all the flavor is extracted.  Add more water if too much water has burned. In a cup add honey or coconut oil and strain tea into cup.  Stay warm and healthy.
